What limits were you playing and how long you been playing poker? How much was your bankroll?

I felt the same way and even had proof on some hands that I was 90% chance to win and still lost.

But if you look at your hands and calculate the percentages you will see, like I did, that most of the hands you were a dog in. Once you see it and stop chasing draws you will do better.

You are on tilt and just don't know it.
