I know everyone has had this problem, but literally i have been working with the cr tech guy forever and he just keeps telling me to go back and do the things that worked for everyone else, which we already did, but didnt work for me. I stream the vids WMP says "connecting" then "ready" but never plays. I download, and i get this error message and sent to this page [img][URL=http://imageshack.us]
I bought the computer brand new, its 4 mo old runs vista and sucks my balls at playing cr vids (that means it doesnt do it at all) my wmp is updated, someoen start me down the right path.

I had the same problem. I get that error after I had entered my username/password into the license pop-up but before i could get a chance to play the video.

The work around i found was to use windows media player to get the license and then winamp to play the video. So open the video normally, enter your username/password. You will get that error but the license will have already been issued. This will allow you to play the vid in winamp. It's a bit of a pain but it works for me, hopefully it does for you too.

I don't really know what to do for your problem, but I want to point out that I didn't edit the OP. Most of the time people's title says "I WILL be thankful IF YOU HELP ME" it's because they offered moneys.
