I would think it might be that young girls nowadays dress in stuff that is more risque than young girls in your dad's era. but who knows? I voted yes.

I can't say I noticed any increase. Having said that, from about 14-17, I only went for much older girls anyway (18+), so I could be wrong. That'd distort my memory, I guess.

I teach mostly 9th graders, and I can't believe how many of the girls have a huge rack (no, I'm not going out of my way to look, jackasses). I don't remember many, if any girls being like that when I was in 9th grade, though maybe my memory is faulty.
