I've only ever had one bottle on the go at a time until now, I've got the Macallan and the Dalwhinnie on the go.

Oban was the first semi-expensive scotch I bought and I really like it.

idk, kil, i think the problem w/ carving "never forget" into your wrist is that you didn't actually carve what you don't want to forget...

for example, if you don't want to forget Stoke's law carve, "The wavelength of luminescence excited by radiation is always greater than that of the exciting radiation." if you're into spectroscopy

btw, your gf seems to like you imo from all the stuff she lets you put her through.... can she masturbate now?

I think I've got a bad case of seasonal affective disorder. Winter is so depressing.

Yeah, today I was really feeling like I needed to get some more sun, so I went outside and realized there wasn't any to get.

The things I like about American sports is that they have all this history.... like you are very good at creating legends in your sports. Plus all the stats history "like he ran x meters , or scored this many home runs" or w/e

[/ QUOTE ]

lol meters. It's a yard you ignorant Scot. I used to think the American obsession with stats in sport was really anal and boring, but I have since seen the light.

Question: What do you all do about eyestrain? Between poker, 2p2, work, video games, sports, tv, etc. I feel like my eyes are aging rediculously quickly. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Do those monitor filters work?

I've heard that these are very good: http://www.coolstuffcheap.com/eccomlig.html

It says it comes with an LCD adapter. think I'll get one now, as it really does feel like my eyes are slowly deteriorating.

I pwn you all at seasonal affective disorder.

Right now the sun's rising at 9.30 am and setting at 4.50pm, it's continually windy, cloudy and 35° (feels colder).

So I've been going down the gym for the past few months just lifting, but am now trying to mix in some cardio in an effort to not feel soo [censored] tired all the time (also me and a friend want to do some cycling in a few months). MY general fitness is [censored] awful today. I did some medium intensity cycling (10 minutes) and rowing (5 minutes) today and my legs felt like jelly, I wanted to throw up etc etc. What is the best way to get myself into a good routine and how often should I be doing cardio sessions?
