Default 100nl hu: bad river, still valuetown?

background. he had been donking flops with top pair-ish hands on occassion. he did it with top two once. he liked to block bet rivers a lot and would fold to my raises. seemed like he understood metagame at least a little but i dont think he's the bluff c/r type.

i make it 3 with 76. he calls

he bets 2, i make it 8, he calls

4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (pot 21)

he checks, i bet 16, he calls

7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (pot 53)

he checks. bet 15-20 or check behind?

If you don't think he'll bluff c/r then yeah, I bet again.
