Default Different types of hand rankings.

I want to compile a list of various hand rankings. E.g. different ways of sorting hands very simply from best-->worst. e.g.:

1) sklansky-chubukov
2) All in preflop equities e.g. http://wizardofodds.com/holdem
3) database statistics e.g. http://www.pokerroom.com/poker/poker...lue-stats.html

Obviously number 3 needs to be done for both limit and NL. Has anyone attempted to sort hands by EV from databases of winning players?
Any other ideas?

You can look at the DIVAT papers from the University of Alberta - they use a value bet model as a baseline.

Yes I have seen those - thanks - forgot to put them in my list. IRC, they were pretty damn close to Sklanskys original HEPFAP groupins.
