Wow, this is stupid. It's not a leak. I also think I c-bet less than most 2p2ers do 3-ways (not sure about this though).

I have a solid image, the guy calling ip is 24/14 and have a fold to c-bet of 67%. The player in the blinds as said has 70% fold to c-bet. Their ranges preflop is probably a mix of SCs, PPs, suited broadways and probably some AQ/AJish hands. I'm planning to 2nd barrell any A/K turn (and I expect them to fold their lower PPs very often), I'm most often ahead if I hit a a Q/J. So there's 14 good turncards for me. Depending on various things I might 2nd barrell T/9 as well.

Now tell me how this is not a +ev c-bet?

OP, I would bet the turn here quite often. As played, river is a very standard fold imo.
