I think I definitly bet this flop. If he has called you with AK, AQ he will fold. Also if he is giving you a big pair like TT, QQ, KK, AA then he also folds.

Now if you do bet the 140 or so like was mentioned and he shoves for his last 140 are you priced in? Obv if you consider yourself commited to calling the all in then just shove the flop or bet more then 140, something like 220, so that his shove has no value.

Since Villain only has ~ 290 behind

- 50% of the time I shove this flop
- 44% I check and fold to any aggression, reevaluate turn
- 5% I check and raise because I'm sick
- 1% I check and call because I'm drunk

probably shove flop, his hand is probably a medium pair or something mediocre, we get him to fold a 6 outter 100% of the time and hopefully some pairs (as they are mostly weak).
