Default TT in 4-bet pot

A hand from memory I got to think about after Urbanatis QQ-post.

Online 200nl, I'm in CO with red TT.

Big fish (65/25 or something) in MP opens to $4, I re-raise to $18, Villain raises to 40. Fish folds and I call.

Villain is 27/20ish over a big sample, but I have no real reads except that I've seen him being aggressive preflop on the table we play on now. Defending blinds by 3-betting and 3-betting in position with a pretty high frequency. I havn't seen any of his hands at sd though.

Flop: 8 6 2, two hearts

Villain bets full pot (80ish), I push for 80 more...
