New opponent plugin for Poker Academy

The 2nd place winner in the first AAAI Computer Poker Competition held in July 16-20 (2006), at the Twenty-First National Conference on Artificial Intelligence (AAAI-06) in Boston, MA, is available for download.

The winner was University of Alberta. The same guys who created Poker Academy.
