WTF the part of San Diego I live has past a city wide ordinance banning smoking. You can not smoke on the sidewalk, parking lot, outside of restraints stores or ANY [censored] WHERE ELSE.

NO, I get a notice from my land lord. It says no smoking on the porch, sidewalk or anywhere outside. You can smoke inside your own appartment, but only if you already live here. Anyone who moves in for now on will not be able to.
