Default Help me plug my leaks

I've been running under 5%roi over a little under 2000 games since September (took a break in October because I ran so badly). This has been killing me. I 16 tabled the $16's for 13% roi, 11%roi at the $12's at FTP before all this happened. I moved down to the $6.5's early in September because I had to dig into my roll to pay the bills.

I've been checking my hands in SNGWiz and I can't seem to find any major leaks. The first couple of sets after I come back from the break obviously has several mistakes, but I fix them quickly but continue to run like crap. There's no major flaws in my play that I can see, and 99.9% of my hands are correct according to SNGWiz once I adjust the ranges.

I've compared my PTracker stats with the stats over the summer, and they're similar; if not, the recent one has more solid stats (in terms of VPIP, PFR, Att. to steal, etc.).

What else can I do to find out whatever I'm doing wrong? The only thing I can think of is that my play has evolved while at the $16's, and that really doesn't work at the $6.5's anymore. Even still, I've changed my game trying to adjust in the last couple hundred games but that's when my results were the worst.

Get coached for a few hours (shameless plug) or see if someone will review HHs for free.

Also post more hands.

It's very possible your actual game is transcending the limits you play. Basically everyone playing these low limit games play ABC poker with a hint of maniac in them. These players are first level thinkers and play their cards and are maybe getting into the 2nd level of poker thinking. However, there has to be something you are doing that is not allowing you to move up in limits. Seems like you have played a decently high volume of SNG's so I don't think variance is the answer. Keep plugging away and don't try to outthink an opponent who doesnt even know what his hand really means. Keep it more simple at the lower levels. You may be running too sophisticated plays on inferior opponents.

Making a video using camtasia or some other recording software and then posting it here is another good idea. This helped me quite a bit a few months back.

I think they have a free trial. My Screen Recording is another one that I think has a free trials (though my screen recording text appears superimposed over top the recorded image, which is annoying).

I'll look into the video thing. I've been playing 8-12 tables though and they overlap, so I'm not sure how that will work out in the end. I guess I could try playing just 4 tables for the sake of the video.

Also, I've been winning more in the earlier levels than I used to in the past. I've tried playing more flops early on in the tournaments, which I guess is working out. I've been losing a lot of chips at a level that I never had a problem with (100/200, specifically). As I've said before, my stats seem optimal even at these big losing levels.

I've been looking at my hand's win%, and maybe this is the problem. At the 100/200 level, these hands seem to be a under what they should be (or maybe not, not really sure anymore):

AKs and AKo: 80%
AQs: 88% (??)
AQo: 75%
QQ: 70%

Also, my win% with AA is 89%, but KK is 94% (probably just variance eh?) This is over my last 1200 games or so, ~50 suited hands above, ~150 offsuit, and ~75 for pairs.

I don't believe that I'm playing any these hands incorrectly, especially at this level when it is shove/fold 99% of the time. Could it be just running bad?

For a video you don't want them to overlap. I've reviewed videos before but if it had more than 4 tables it would just be too much work to go through and pause for each hand that pops up.
