True, but this bet with a hand like that would be what I'd consider "out of line" and very out of line for the person described by OP. They can't really expect to have hardly any fold equity given the strength we've already shown. They'd have to put us on exactly a set to think they can fold us out (if our draw was big enough on the flop to play for stacks it's surely worth still playing for stacks given the odds we're getting).

well we could fold jacks up here, that would be a pretty big deal if he has just a draw. And if he hit the ace he is well ahead of us if we have a draw, so he doesn't need us to fold to make a profit.
