But I think this is fine, all draws missed and the chance that he's got a T decreases with this rivercard.

Don't bluff calling stations. This bet only works if he is on a busted draw.

34 looks more like value and less like you have nothing, just in case villain is thinking a little. also, 20 isnt going to fold out [censored] like 8x

anyway i chose that betsizing because i thought villain either had a T, and would call, or didnt and would fold. and i thought he didnt have a T more often than he did. 8's, 22-99 might not even call because even donks realize i likely have an Ace here
i was trying to bet the minimum to maximize EV, but an amount that would not get looked up "just out of curiosity".

Im with Bramsterdam on this one. Were not expecting him to fold a pair. Were expecting him to fold a missed draw which he will IMO to the 20$ bet.

And this guy is not gonna bluff raise us.
