Villain is 22/17.5/3/630 and solid. We are sitting at two tables together and obviously clashed a few times but nothing in particular that could be important for this hand.

I wouldn't be looking to fold. I think a check/shove would be ok here, I don't know how likely it is villain will stack off with QQ if you bet the flop, but if he called pf then again you never know.

Whats wrong with that? It's not like we're giving villain odds to set mine or anything. Or do you think it looks too strong? I think it's fine.
