That's the problem. They're both unknown.

Edit: And re: the 4-bet...I'd say something like 66/22/77/67s/88-JJ (maybe QQ). I'm sure he occasionally has a draw here, but I would think w/ his smallish raise that his range is weighted more towards the made hands. I'm also leading into 3 people (which should look strong), so I'm not sure why he'd be making a play w/ air here against an unknown.
