No problem with cashouts etc but the software tilts me (tables and HH windows popping up constantly) and the bonus clearing rates now suck so I quit playing there.

b) cashout difficulties for US players - Some issues earlier this year, but the last few months have had no problems.
c) stopping cheats and bots - I have not had any issues
d) responsiveness and coherence of customer service Somewhere between average and frustrating. They handle simple requests well, any more then that...

Overall I still give UB good marks. I like the interface and love the tourney structure. They seem to go through a period every year where they have issues, but then get things fixed and run well the remainder of the time.
e) overall integrity

I think UB has the slowest customer support on the planet. Wayyyy slower than Full Tilt in my experience. I've gotten 1 reply in a week from UB. I've gotten much more from FT so far.

The software's been driving me nuts lately. It locks up my CPU every fourth start or so.

They come off as being often disinterested CS wise in my opinion.

When they redid the bonus is when they sunk themselves.

Isn't FT softer at NL 25? I thought so when I was on it.
