I've been playing on UB and cashing out, but I'm very curious what others think about UB and the following (please distinguish a and b):

a) cashout difficulties for non-US players
b) cashout difficulties for US players
c) stopping cheats and bots
d) responsiveness and coherence of customer service
e) overall integrity

ok, let me rephrase my question. Does ANYBODY LIKE UB?

I'll take the unpopular approach. I've had no difficulties cashing out at UB. Nobody's ever searched my account and I move a few thousand through there every month. I have RB there, and they have a bonus 2 times a week at least.

Customer service is lousy but it is at every place not named Stars. I don't think UB is any worse than Party was back in the day when we could still play there, or worse than Full Tilt is right now.

Haven't had any serious problems at UB for 2 years (had a slight problem cashing out 2 years ago but was resolved in 2 emails and 18 hours). So I'd rate myself satisfied with UB for the time being.

a. Can't comment.
b. The check by courier works very well, there is a $25 fee but I am getting checks in around a week.
c. I've heard bots are rampant in the micro limit and high stakes HU limit games, and that UB simply doesn't care about them. I don't play limit so I can't really comment beyond what I've heard on these forums.
d. Support is terrible. Emails constantly go unanswered. If you are lucky to get an answer, I'd say at least half the time, your question is not addressed. They have live chat on the site now, but that seems to be pretty ineffective for anything besides depositing.
e. They have changed rakeback and bonus structures for the worst, and if I recall correctly, they did not inform anyone of the change. Seems shady to me.

Normally this would be a selling point for a site but when you can clear $1 per hour on a table, meh, not so much.

When you raise, it sounds like you're about to shoot somebody. I don't enjoy that.
