Im new to poker tracker. What is optimal PFR %?

Preflop game is less important in plo. There's no rule that says you have to raise preflop.

I also think looking at stats and trying to increase them is working backwards. You're just trying to get a number. If I said raising 20% of your hands is fine, then you likely still wouldn't know where to start.

Better off searching old threads that talk about what are valuable starting hands in plo and start raising them.
