What is the best way of identifying aliases in a PT db?

Say you have a large collection of HORSE hands divided into 3 databases (PTH, PTO, and PTS).

What's the best way of searching the databases to find players using more than one time?

I have heard VP$IP in hold 'em is good for this purpose. Wondering if anyone has any other suggestions.
