these questions are better in micro or small stakes 5/10 live isnt like 5/10 online

These questions have to be answered somewhere already. Go pick up one of the books for beginning NL players and if you still have questions this basic, ask the small/micro stakes forum.

As a limit player, you should already know most of this stuff anyway, unless you made it a habit of open-limping.

Assuming 100bb+ stacks, in general, if no-one have raised yet (can be limpers), I raise most of the time with any PP unless im in the blinds.
