How much skill is there in managing subway. i.e. assume a couple of smart, emotionally balanced, educated, honest, hard working guys both took over a subway. How much potential is there for a difference in profits? What sort of things cause this difference.

Its really not that hard, espcially if you have two guys working together. Once you get a feel for the business the biggest thing is training of the employees, I can't stress that enough. Haveing a good team of employees is the biggest thing needed to increase profits.

What type of customers are usually the most rude? Whites, Blacks, Asians, Middle Easterns, Indians, etc.

are sweet peppers expensive? it seems like the person making my sandwich wants to put on as few as possible.

No, they are pretty cheap. The Subway formula says you are only supposed to put 6 on a ft long and 3 on a six inch. But really its just the juice stains your fingernails, it will go right throught the glove, its gross so people dont really like to dig in and crap a bunch
