Opponent is a 28/15 donkish tagfish. Not a great read on him, but he is aggressive. On the river I polarized his range b/w air and a 7. Am I correct to call vs a general opponent like the one I described?

I agree with your range and I like the call.
General question for anyone: when faced with the bet on the turn, do you figure out what you're going to do against river scare cards, or do you call and make your decision on the river? |

on turn i think he has 7 / fd a lot. I don't see players betting that much with a jack.
