Default KJs second nuts on turn, river pairs the board.

PokerStars 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero calls, 2 folds, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, CO calls, 1 fold, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (6 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks, MP2 bets, MP3 folds, CO calls, SB calls, BB folds, Hero raises, MP2 calls, CO calls, SB calls.

Turn: (7 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, MP2 calls, CO calls, SB 3-bets, Hero calls, MP2 folds, CO calls.

River: (18 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB bets, Hero calls, CO calls.

Final Pot: 21 BB

I was afraid of the nutflush on the turn (when he reraised my raise after everyone called, but i think its -ev to fold it there ever) river comes A wich is like second worst card in the deck (Diamond is worst i think). Standard or not and could ive played it any better?

PS: last thread of tonight.

I would have bet the flop, because you had no indication that anyone else would bet if you did not.

I think that you played the rest of the hand fine.

I will be capping the turn--I'm not afraid of a nut flush (yet). I could go either way on the river, but calling for overcalls is OK.

hand reading

if sb has, on the turn, the nuts, then

he would have had top pair plus flush draw on the flop

if he had this hand he would NUSUALLY do more than CHECK CALL CALL the flop Four Ways. So discount this hand by lots. so cap turn.

no preflop raise by anyone -> easy flop bet. as played, cap the turn.

read miles post as to why we shouldnt be scared of running into the nuts here.
