Help me with PT and Hand HIstories and avoid Work!!

Hey guys, I've used Pokertracker for quite a while now, but never really had the need to export hand histories before.

Well my work has put a block on 2+2, and it just ain't fun to sit in front of my comp and bang out stuff all day, so I figure I might as well get some Hand History review done in the day, leaving me more time to play at night.

So In a nutshell, I'm looking for any easy way to seperate and group my hands by sessions and then export them to a USB flashdisk.

And also a Hand replayer besides the one in PT, since I don't want to pay to put it on a computer that will never play poker.
