Default the state of online poker

Hello all,

I haven't posted in quite a while, nor have I played poker. Basically, I've spent the last five weeks freebasing cocaine with a friend of mine and have now returned from that little vacation to find that my Neteller withrawal is still pending.

I spent some time on the internet and legalization forums, but can't really get a grasp on what's happening. I figured if one or two of you could spend a minute to help me out, I'd appreciate it.

1. Looks like the $650 I've got in Neteller is frozen and I may or may not ever see that money. Is this correct?

2. I've got money in PStars, Full Tilt, and Bodog. How do I withdraw funds from these sites? I'm getting kinda nervous about all this and also could use the money (crack is expensive). Is there any risk of these sites pulling a Neteller and having my account funds frozen?

3. If I wanted to deposit $$ into any of these sites, is there going to be a problem?

4. Can a get a new computer with an IP address from a foreign country (I have a French passport if that matters) with a bank account in the Cayman Islands and play poker that way?

I'm most interested in #2 and #3. I apologize to the moderators and anyone else since it's not a strategy post. But I've been away for 5 weeks and have no idea what's going on (and I need money quick!). Since this is my home forum, I figure you guys won't mind much.

1) Not sure I luckboxed into withdrawing my funds right before.

2) Any of the sites will send you a check if you are just looking to cash out. I've heard the wait is kind of long though and I'm personally nervous about sending a check for too much.

I believe the prevailing opinion right now is that ePassporte is the best replacement for Netteller, but I'd be interested in others opinions here (so much noise in the Internet forum it's hard to read). I'm in process setting up an ePassporte account. I believe Stars is coming out with their own online ATM, but I play at Stars and Full Tilt and I want to be able to transfer between them as well. At the moment I'm just playing and building a bankroll assuming some day there will be a way to withdraw. I tell my wife when my roll hits 1 million we will take a vacation to Europe and withdraw (I have a ways to go).

3) There are ways. Again Epassporte seems like the favorite at the moment.

4) Probably, but I think that is more work than you need to do.

I'll add 5) My biggest concern with this was that the games would dry up since the fish wouldn't jump through hoops to play. So far the games still seems good and I haven't personally noticed this effect.

And I think crack is -EV.

1. I think we will see that money but the question is when and it could be a long time.

2. Stars withdrawals by check are very fast (if its over 1K) although I've heard the other sites are slower.

3. All of the sites have deposit options.

4. IDK

like the first responder said "crack is -EV".

I found signing up for ePassport and executing a deposit to be a royal pain in the arse.
Set up the foreign bank account.
NetTeller will probably pay you out but it wouldn't surprise me if the IRS delivered the check personally.(lol)
Needing money so bad that a week or two wait is a long time to you, means you are 50cents away from having a quarter and you're about to fill your mouth up for money. At least, you will have the nutz.

Certainly I would not recommend freebasing cocaine, or using any other drug other than marijuana and hallucinogens . I watched my friend's girlfriend overdose last week on a lethal combination of heroin, methadone, xanax, crack, etc. One of the scariest 20 minutes of my life. Luckily she survived, but easily could have died right there in front of us. Now those two are serious about what they're doing! I was just a stoner along for the ride. It was like watching some MTV documentary. I only intended to spend a few days hanging out and experiencing this, but it lasted 5 weeks (knock on wood)!

As for poker, I think I'm growing tired of it. Been playing for a few days and not finding it too exciting. Maybe I need to hit a hot streak to get me interested again.

I find live play to be the most fun, so I might just pull out before the sky starts falling online and take trips to AC and Vegas. Or else, I might just continue to play and hope I run hot cuz I need the $$!
