It was The Fort if I remember correctly.

So I just called the poker room there, and there is a game. He said for them to spread TD it needs to be 10-20 or higher, and that the game is usually best on Thursday nights, and that the mix includes pretty much everything (even badugi). If I had the bankroll to play 10-20 or the skill to play mixed games I would have asked more questions, sorry.

Next trip to the Phoenix it looks like I won't be visiting CAZ that means, thanks for the heads up.

Excuse me sir,
There are alot more mixed games spread in L.A. than Arizona. I think you are getting some bad info on this Arizona deal. I damn sure would not want to go there if I wanted to play alot of mixed games.
The Bike Casino in L.A. has a 40/80 mix going most of the time. Sometimes at night they will also run 80/160 mix with badughi, triple draw, omaha hi/low. When there is a big tournament in town you can always find 100/200 mix going and higher.
Commerce runs a 100/200 mix most of the time. You can find several different variations of mix games going on there, but you need to go there in the middle of the night. The regular 100/200 is usally going all the time. A 400/800 will start up alot in the afternoons.
Hollywood Park Casino runs a 40/80 stud hi/low, omaha hi/low mix . They also run a 20/40 mix , but usally won't start until midnight after all the straight stud hi/low players have gone home.
I understand where you are coming from , I like mix games too. Good Luck !

If you like Badughi, they love to mix it with other games at the Bike. These games are usally very loose and agrressive.

75-150 mix goes about 3 days a week this time of year. In the winter/spring it goes almost every day.

TD is not illegal in Az. Management at CAZ spreads the lie. For whatever reason the dont want to spread the game.
