Unsurprisingly, I found that he created a new account and started posting again almost immediately after these two temp. bans. I'm going to ban his accounts permanently and consider an IP ban.

I suspended DragonFiyah because his offenses in STT were really only suspension worthy (repeatedly asking the same way too general question after being asked to stop)

From what I've heard, though, I have no problem with the IP ban.
