Default Full Tilt $24+2 late, TT OOP, awkward stacks

Sorry, no hand history. Down to 25 or so from 1000. Villain has been playing rather fearless, chipping up from 70K to 240K without a showdown in the past 20 hands, mostly by 3-betting pre or bet/3-betting post. I was chipleader with 320K until recently when my utg 88 < BB's AA for 70K. I'm now at 256K, slightly covering villain. Avg stack around 120K, BB has about 90K.

Blinds 3000/6000, 500a.

Folds to villain in mp who opens to 21,000 (std for him). Folds to me in the sb with

if you think you had 0 fold equity against this particuar opponent then a call and cautious post flop play would be my choice
if he is likely to lay this down I would 3-bet pre
given the description you gave, this guy is more likely
call a 3-bet then fold, so I guess I would go for some sort
of stop 'n go
i would probably bet out on almost any dry flop
and C/F two facecards flops

I shove vs a maniac. Chances are you see an over, he has shown a willingness to bet/shove flops, and u will have no clue where you are at.

And having no FE isn't bad. That means he calls with AT, A9, smaller PP.
