I picked Vancouver to win this series, but based on the way they have played the last 2 games (and most of the series, really), I think they're screwed. They have completely forgotten how to score and are playing like they no longer believe in each other.

The only way they win is if Luongo stands on his head and Vancouver gets one or two lucky bounces. No matter who wins, the final score will be 1-0 or 2-1.

This is really going to mess up a few of the pools I'm in. [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Damn, wish I was at the game too. I'm coming home back to Vancouver tomorrow, and I want them to win this, because I want to watch my 'Nucks on mah 50" HDTV. puhleeeeeze!

Everyone seems to think its gonna be the Stars but its gonna come down to who gets the bounce. Like poker, a 2 game sample size doesn't mean anything...

I was at Game 1. Here's hoping being at Game 7 is just as much fun.

Saturday I was staying at the W hotel in downtown Dallas which is next door to the AA arena. Hockey fans are the best, the streets were flooded and everyone was going nuts tackling each other and screaming, and then everyone went to the W to go to the Ghost Bar to celebrate, good times.

Hopefully Turco can pitch another shutout b/c unfortunately for the Stars that is the only way they win =(.

Problem for the Canucks is that as I see it the games they've won were pretty even but the games they've lost they got fairly thoroughly outplayed. Games 2 and 5 they didn't ever look dangerous. They hit the post once but otherwise didn't get a sniff of goal.

Canucks being outplayed doesn't mean they're likely to lose. Getting outplayed and riding Luongo to victory has been the formula all year.

man who the hell knows - i can't watch this series, it's honestly too boring except for the overtimes, but i will be watching game 7. i guess the whole series is kind of like an overtime - except when one team gets a lead you know they're not coming back.

one goal could easily win it.
