I feel like this is more likely to be paranoid/naive. Paranoid are the ones that think everyone is a mafia, and naive thinks everyone is good, right? Pretty much a useless cop.

However, if you see my second quoted post, it seems like THAT could be an insane seer. Those are still quite useful, if they realize that they're insane.
