Re: EPASSPORTE thread. (#2 of 2.)where did you use your cards?
Anyone have any trouble with ePass lately? UB sent me an email saying my cashout had been processed 3 hours ago, but the money still hasn't hit my ePass account, whereas it's usually there as soon as I get the confirmation email.

Re: EPASSPORTE thread. (#2 of 2.)where did you use your cards?
Is everyone here using buisness accounts or personal accounts? I'm trying to figure out if you can do a 20k wire from a personal account because i thought the max load was 1k a day.. so do you just withdraw for 20 days into the personal account and then bank wire it??

I may have noticed something new? If you go to edit your profile to see Contact or Billing information... For country, it says "subject to controlled Account Features", which is linked. It then says: Account Holders from this country are subject to the following limited Account Features : Load Money with a Credit Card NO Online Purchases with Visa Virtual YES Make ePpurchase Transactions (What's this?) YES Create Gift Accounts YES Receive Money from other Personal Accounts NO Send Money to other Personal Accounts YES Receive Money from other Business Accounts YES Send Money to other Business Accounts NO Purchase a Visa Card YES Withdraw Money from Visa Card YES Withdraw Money via Bank Wire Transfer Can't load with credit card anymore? [/ QUOTE ] Nevermind, turns out that only countries with a ** after it is subject to those features. |

After weeks of trying to get a bank wire for 20,000 to go through it finally left on 4/19, it still has not reached my bank account. After multiple calls to epassporte I have come to the conclusion that they have no idea what they are talking about. Each customer service representative has given me different information regarding my case and some representatives cannot comprehend the situation. After talking to them they have sent me forms on how to request a bankwire as if I have not already performed one and am missing 20k. One representative told me to contact my bank and they had no idea what I was talking about. I would not advise in doing one and I fear my money is lost. [/ QUOTE ] Which bank? Also the CSRs are pretty much on their own, maybe with flip charts. Conveniently, non of their superiors are available when I ask to speak with one. Honestly I make sure to remind them every time that my frustration is not w/ them at all, but w/ the company. It's not their fault. They're just trying to earn a check (in FL btw). Also I'm pretty sick about the fact that you haven't received the money yet. |

Requested Epassporte withdrawal from UB yesterday. Hit my account less than 24 hours later. Can't really complain.

Commerce Bank, I spoke with epassporte earlier today and I was told that they would be calling Corporate about my situation and that I should expect an email at 6:30. I have yet to receive word from them.

Re: EPASSPORTE thread. (#2 of 2.)where did you use your cards?
my wire hit today fwiw.
I'd keep hounding them like I did. It turned out to be something VERY minor but for some reason they thought it was ok to take forever and a year to get back to me about it. Every time I called my situation got elevated and notes added to it by CSR. The original problem w/ mine is that they instructed me to fill out the intermediary information and not the beneficiary. I am clueless about this stuff so i just followed instructions. 3 weeks later and they finally wrote me back to tell me that i filled out the wrong section and to re-send the paperwork. |
