Re: dumb question for you UB vets now on Stars
[ QUOTE ]
I snow here and there not minding if i get caught can value bet the river looser. After you get caught snowing people refuse to save bets with you. I dont see much other value in making a lot of snows. Just seems like a losing play if you have to put in a lot of action to make the snow. [/ QUOTE ] bingo |

Re: dumb question for you UB vets now on Stars
with my meager roll[1200] i usually go no higher than 1-2 or 2-4 @
stars...adding on to all the above scenarios, lotsa folks cap with 76432 [and in some cases rougher 7's] after the 3rd draw down in the lower-limit dregs. the 10.00 turnys are kinda tuff tho-- maybe i've been running into you guys? |

Re: dumb question for you UB vets now on Stars
Some days I am sad at how many fewer hands per hour Stars deals compared with UB. You can really zip along with just two players at UB. Stars just feels much slower.
(Slightly offtopic: I hope that Stars figures out how to "collect" antes in parallel rather than one at a time.) |
