Default notebook problem

i wanted to start my notebook in the safe mode [is it called like this?] but i didnt remember the exact button i had to press so i just randomly pressed every f button.

suddenly theres written searching and then ;deleting; or something similiar without that the program asked for a permission.

there was no way to cancel this so i shut down the laptop.

when im starting the laptop now the tft remains black :-(

i have an asus a6t notebook.
please help me!

ok im gonna elaborate a bit more the problem.itspossible that it might sound a bit weird because i have to surf with the #@##x\# wii.

ok i dont think its the tft because i have connected a second monitor which also remains black.the power led blinks normally but not the hd led [but even if the hd is broken ishould still see something on the monitor.

50$ for the person who tells me a solution which works [and not buy a new nb etc]

When you turn on the computer what happens. Like, exactly (just a black screen but the comp is running?)

Also check the darkness setting. Its possible you just made it so dark while tapping all of the F buttons that its just a black screen

Find/get a boot disk. Insert, on startup hit F8 or w/e boot menu is. On Boot Menu start from CD Drive instead of Hard Drive. Load, reformat and reinstall. Computer works.

damn, after my recent run $50 would be really nice.

Question:
*Did you press all the f-buttons? try to remember which ones you hit.

*Try to remember some of the words - anything really that was written on the screen - write here .. everything is important.

*What happens when you turn it on - tft stays black? (I assume yes). What lights are on? What blinks? What sounds does it make (eg. any harddrive noise)?

And most important:

*What brand of notebook is it? (brand and model number please)
