Default I may have messed this one up....

5-10 6 max full tilt ~$1k effective.

villain is playing 30-23, pretty aggro. Seems good too. We've been all in preflop together twice on different tables. first one was my KK vs. his AA, 2nd was AK vs. QQ. I'm playing a little tighter than him, like 23-18ish...

I raise in CO w/ JQo, he calls on button, both blinds call.

Flop JQKhh - blinds check, I bet $100, he raises to $350, blinds fold, hero...

no reads on his flop raise - he hasn't been doing it often.

i think this is a pretty easy fold. even if you're ahead now, this hand is going to be way too hard to play on later streets, especially OOP.

Any merits to checking the flop?

The only move I could see doing is check calling then donking a complete blank but folding to more action from a scare card...

the problem is you don't know which scare card is a real scare card...

Yes; BTN might bet, and we get to see the actions of the blinds before we act. But that's basically the only merit. If villain checks behind and a third heart comes, that was disasterous for us. There really must be a bet from us on this flop IMO.

Yeah, I think c/c is gross because button will fire this flop with a huge range and you're hand will be pretty well defined (bottom two is close to the top of your range). I think its better to just c/r if button bets and get it in that way instead of waiting for a safe turn. He can't really have many combo draws, so donking turn only really charges NFD and he pushes over the top with hands we are behind.
