Probably you should fold regardless, but I'm more tempted to stay in if one or both of them did, because (1) you'll be getting better odds, and (2) it might deter SB from c-betting any flop if he's got multiple opponents.

It's a bad situation for your hand, though. I think there's too good of a chance that SB has AA or KK to be pushing (preflop 4-bets mean one of those hands so often in the micros), and even if SB just has AK, well, the flop will usually miss both of you and you'll end up folding to his c-bet. So, basically, against AK, a preflop call from you will frequently just amount to an additional donation to his stack.

He could have QQ or a worse PP instead, of course, and you'd want to play against those hands (just barely though -- actually, if you knew he had QQ or worse, what you'd want to do is push). But he'll have something better too often, and I think folding is the sensible, though frustrating, play.
