Firepay is owned by the Fireone Group. Just go to firepay.com and it says it right on the front page.

WTf should I do now that I have over 1k on full tilt? Cash out via firepay or is that too risky?

You have to be mentally challenged if you don't think that Neteller is going to take the same path. What payment options are left after that? e-checks?
