QQ UTG $25 NL, flopped FH gets to river, now what?

villian knows what he is doing, running about 25/8/1.7, so a beat weak/passive, but whatev.

i have a pretty tight image, but have been 3-betting a lot recently since the table is a bit aggro (taking down pots PF uncontested). on river, i put villian on KQ, weirdly played AK, or maybe KK turned overfull (BBV if that =)). What is my line on this river lead?

I think your read is pretty good, the other hand i might put in his range is something containing a two, and probably not AA because it would have been 3 bet pf, unlikely as it may be.
I would raise here to get value from hands like KQ, AK, etc. Put him all in.

Not sure I get your question, are you worried that you are behind? You are losing to 22 and KK - if that's the case it's a monster cooler and nh villain, he got lucky you hit such a strong hand.

After he bet's the river he has $13 left, even a min raise is a shove - it really looks like you're getting a call.
