Default FT 100: player 17013 (LC)

just curious whether he's good or really lucky, since he's got 2500 on 5 tables at FT 100NL. Given the [censored] I've seen him pull out of his ass, I lean toward lucky... but then again, he's got 2500 at 5 tables. So maybe people like paying him off (like I did once).

someone in a recent thread had him up only a few $ over a bazillion hands. dunno what to think. he runs up big stax semi regularly, tho i know that can be deceiving. but to have his tables up 7x, 6x, 5x etc - it's gotta be more than luck and he's gotta be up.

reminds me of kelisitaan on stars - always has big stax and everyone says he's a fish. but i don't data mine so i don't know.

maybe. he obv plays a REAL high variance style. also, if he was a poker jedi, he'd be playing higher. thx for responding... I'm still wondering.

as i said in the other thread he recently moved down from NL200. maybe his schtick didn't work there.

r u still watching him at 100 right now? he's got tables up to 890, 830, 690, 600 etc.

10 BI - i would've thought more, but still a very good night's work.

he loves to flat call sets for two streets, like your examples show, and then shove river - and you're right - he gets called.

he's playing any two that even remotely connect - saw him win w/62o about 30 mins ago, and 73o from CO.

thx for the info and for posting these hands.

I'm betting he's pretty good in the way that he makes regs think he's a donk so he gets paid by everyone.

I must admit, his style of play intrigued me so I railed his games last night for a bit and set PT to observe him play.

As another poster mentioned, he is basically playing any 2 suited, any 2 connected, any 2 semi connected, etc. If he flops a pair or a draw he will play it super aggressive.

He does a lot of cc in position. Here are his stats that i obereved. It shows him down 2 buyins, but right before i started observing he had $750+ on 2 tables $500+ on 2 tables $400+ on 2 and $200 on 2

I paid him off last night--he called three large bets against me with middle pair for a decent pot...He was calling nearly every raise I made and calling most cbets. Sometimes he would fold to the second barrel, other times he would fold the river, sometimes call. The quads hand was against me and I put him on air or an A for a split. I knew I couldn't fold the river so I went ahead and bet. The first hand was inexcusable, but I put him on lower two pair rather than the flush. I managed to get some of it back against him, not not enough. He did frustrate the hell out of me, that's for sure. I needed to be on the other side of him. I was to his left on one table but I stacked him and he left. He doesn't like me raising him when he is to my right.

Throw in a KK vs AA for a big pot and a set over set for 140BB and trips outkicked for a decent pot and my night SUCKED
