I don't think they'd be all that great of winners without a $30/hr pay from FTP.

Does FTP really pay its pros 30/hr to play at these low/mid stakes? I know the really good players don't touch anything below 30/60 and usually only 50/100+. The guys who play at 5/10, 8/16, 10/20, 15/30, and even 30/60 are usually not very good.

I guess you're probably right... but the fact that they, maybe with their weak game, are playing all the time it means they are probably making money from it.

Anyway, why not 4 table 15/30 instead of playing 60/120 if the play is really weak?

I play on FT, stars, absolute and UB, and all are highly
beatable...The real money is made shorthanded and hu.

David Chiu is much better than Berry, and I wouldnt say
they suck horrible...Berry is a break-even player, and
I have David up around 2.88 BB/100.

Much appreciated, thanks. I'll take a look at these shorthanded games.

Best,

"Are you just out of the loony bin?"

Lol!

But thanks for the update on Absolute, I haven't checked up on them for the past six months ... but I remember their 2/4 games largely amounted to a battle for the blinds.

If things have changed, that's great news. I'll take a look.

Cheers!
Z.

Hmm, 6 max it is.

Thanks for the feedback gents, I'll start digging around for some strategy tips on shorthanded play.

Best,
Z.

I just datamined a small sample of Absolutepoker $2/4 LO8 before I begin playing on vegas247. 3100 hands mined. The top eight players with most hands played were all losers.

There you go! ... and I was likely one of them although I did get back on track for another winning week after 2 bad ones.
