Default tough river spot

villain is 72/42/4 over 300 hands. he has already coolered me several times this session. we had a set over set where he limpcalled UTG with QQ, then minraised me on a QJ8 flop and we got it in on the flop, me having 88 of course.

1 thing to note is that PF he min3bets almost every time you raise. he calls with premiums and he tends to make really big 3bets and squeezes with fairly good but not premium hands like AQ and 55. he also bets big sometimes postflop and this is a reasonable but not great hand, like middle pair or something

You have a better idea than us as to whether this is a call or not. I usually fold fwiw.

I don't think 2+2 can help you here. This is 100% read dependent IMO.

I agree its very read dependent, but what about the missed spade draw? what could he really have that is beating you here? if he flopped the boat with QQ he doesn't raise you at any point during the hand? I think it's a call, maybe I'm missing something?
