[ QUOTE ]
Just talked to VIP dept. They are going to email me information that they need in order to cashout via this method. Said they're in the process of calling 58 players about this. I assume something was wrong in the way they set it up but some people are claiming to have already cashed out via this method.

[/ QUOTE ]

I better be one of those 58 people. I requested an ACH withdrawal on 4/4 and it still just says withdrawal requested.

I received a call from AP this afternoon to check on my two ACH withdrawls. They were just checking if these withdrawls have actually hit my bank account. I had requested two withdrawls, both under 1k -- they took between 3-6 business days each to hit my checking account. So I guess they are not sure if it is working?

They guy did tell me they were giving me a $15 credit for my time which I thought was pretty cool, we'll see if it's in my account though!

Also had a phone call this afternoon. Didn't get the $15 offer though, damn my bad negotiating skills.

is everyone that is cashing out, doing so to a solo account that maches info on AP? Who is using a joint account or one that may not have names or addys match?

[/ QUOTE ]

Joint account, but the last names, address etc. all match, so that shouldn't be an issue.

ACH withdrawal from 4/5 still shown as "requested", although ePass withdrawal requested the same day hit within 12 hours.

Got a call from AP. They asked me for my routing # and account # again. They said it should go through this time. I hope they are right...

No $15 for my time though.

Dear customer,

As you know your ACH payout request is delayed or was cancelled. There was an error in either the Routing # or the Bank Account #, therefore, we need to get that information from you again to re-process those transactions and deposit your money in your checking account as quick as possible. We tried to call you this afternoon but unfortunately we were not able to get a hold of you. Please send your Routing # and Bank account # to payments@absolutepoker.com . If you already received a phone call and provided that information please disregard this email. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Regards,

VIP Dept. Manager

I just received this email and I'm VERY hesitant to send any information in this manner. Has anyone else received anything like this?

I got the email too. It looked like a phishing attempt, but the email address they give you is legit (payments@abolutepoker.com). I've sent several emails to that address regarding cashouts. But I got a call as well. I just gave them the info over the phone.

I would call and give the info over the phone to be safe. My bank account info isn't something I'm gonna run around handing out to everyone
