Why can't CO have KQ or QJs here? Because of the turn check? Wouldn't most players bet those hands on the river after two streets were checked through? I think 5-10% is waaay low of an estimate if it's checked to the CO and he bets.

I think you have to call one bet regardless of who it comes from (and fold to two.)
