Default 25NL: Any way to get away from this?

This is full ring; we just have a few sitters at the moment. No reads, as I've been at the table only 5 hands or so.

UTG ($15 in chips)
MP ($14.35 in chips)
CO ($22.25 in chips)
Hero ($24 in chips)
SB ($27.70 in chips)
BB ($76.60 in chips)

Hero is OTB with Jc Jh

Three folds, Hero raises $1 to $1.25, SB raises $1 to $2.25, Hero calls $1

Flop ($4.75) Jd Qc 9c

SB checks, Hero bets $3.25, SB raises $22.20 to $25.45 and is all-in, Hero???

From what I have seen at 25NL, a good guess at the range that explains the 3-bet preflop plus this check raise could be: AcKc, AQ, TT+, JcTc, and god knows what else. In other words, I gotta think that I'm ahead a pretty big majority of the time here.

I gotta tell ya, this is starting to drive me crazy. I work hard to play tight and aggressive. I value bet good hands, steal blinds and c-bet effectively from position, I repop occasionally when people I catch stealing light, and so forth. I scrimp and struggle and accumulate 40 or 50 BB over a couple of hours, then I stack off 100BB on hands like this. This has happened like 5 times this week.

Sorry to vent; I feel better now. But please tell me if I'm doing something wrong or if I'm just on the wrong end of horrible variance.

You flopped a set in a 3-bet pot?

Easiest pump-fist call ever?

Sorry if you lost, but [censored] happens.

Never fold here, sucks that you lost here but that's how it goes sometimes.

Maybe you need to set a stop loss when you are playing.

It's hard to play well when you are on big downswing. It seems like you are making too many good folds and you start to make loose calls and of course you lose these hands. So a 50BB loss becomes a 100BB loss.

Figure out how much it takes to upset your equilibrium and get up and sign out. Come back when you are ready to play again.
