Not very often, no. I guess it's possible...though he probably peels flop and folds to my turn bet. I guess A4ss is also possible, but I'm not sure if he even calls flop. Those are really the only 2 cases where I think he can show up w/ 4x, and I'd say it's a little bit of a stretch.
