50NL Min-raise

Villain hasn't gotten out of line, 27/7/1.8 over ~100 hands. I've seen him bet pot at top set of jacks on a dry board and hasn't slowplayed anything yet, so the min-raise on the turn is peculiar. Table was super-tight esp for a Fri night which is why i opened with K9h. Do I bet the turn or hope to see a cheap showdown? What's my move after the min raise?
