Default What\'s the deal with the dancing online banners?

Over the last half year or so I've noticed that a ridiculous number of online banners ads feature short clips of people either (1) being 'caught' dancing in a public area and then being shocked they are being filmed or (2) dancing in silhouette. Sometimes it is a random short clip of an animal doing something ordinary like eating.

The dancing seems to be just a way or getting your attention and has nothing to do with the product itself.

I think the most common of these banner ads state that you could get a degree in two years.

I usually just ignore banner ads but for some reason I really don't like these type of ads in particular. Anyone else feel the same way?
