Default When do you leave the table?

i am curious: when do you leave a cashtable? Do you set yourself a timelimit? Or perhaps certain xBB until you leave?

I myself find it hard to find the right time to leave a table. I usually play until i get a cooler ( is this totally wrong )

Personally, I usually set myself a time limit.

When I checked my sessions in PO I noticed that my really long sessions were losing sessions....probably because I loose concentration or get frustrated and loosen up too much, play too many marginal hands, try to force the action etc..

EDIT.....dont take this as advice....it works for me, but the best advice is probabaly to play longer at the tables you can beat, shorter at the ones you cant....!!!!

Quit when you've been playing for too long, and aren't thinking through each hand

E.g.:
You're pissed at a player at one of your tables and aren't paying attention to others
You're calling obvious value bets from ppl who drew out on your top pair
You're calling 3bets light without a really good reason

When i'm feeling tired, but i usually take a break every hour.

When i'm on tilt, and start to make mistakes.

No hands per session, or something like that.

When there's more than 3 regulars and/or the fish get busted and/or the fishe's stacks are like 20BBs.

Or when my 4 hours is up.
