Default PP 100NL 6m Good fold?

No real read on players in the pot, came to this table 2 orbits ago following a buddy, but he is not involved in the hand. Is the flop check/turn fold terrible? I didn't expect 2 people to call the raise, and this is definately one of the worst possible flops for me. I thought for a second on the flop and had a bad feeling, so I just checked. I didn't see much of point in betting $35-40 and then having to possibly dump to a raise, so I decided to see what the action looked like on the turn. Turn bet seems like obvious fold to me I just want to check up on the flop action. It is very rare for me to check a flop with AA, but I have been playing very well lately, normally I might get stacked here if I was playing poorly

This is a good flop to check behind and to not give too much action. However I would definitely call on the turn. Against most players at this game I think the best hand you're usually against is a pair+draw, and he will often have worse.
