tough spot. it feels weak to fold but i find very often this is the hand that is represented so i think fold.

yeah i shove here, too often he shows up with smaller overpair
esp. when board pairs 6, now he can only really have set of 8s or 3s, so the 6 is actually a pretty good card for you imo

I find that people tend to defend these bets rigoursly sometimes, similar to a strattle in a live game. Just an observation implying that it's possible villian has the six more than we would think.

he has a 6 a lot, sure. but since this guy just posted in MP, and just called a raise his first hand, he has given you no reason to suspect he's not a donkey.

for all you know he was slowplaying his J8 on the flop.

He just sat and posted? Calls a raise, flat calls flop, raises turn. Probably not a bluff, maybe a small overpair?
I would flip a coin, call heads and if it lands on tails I'm pushing anyways.
